While these projects are not inside Verdana Village, they contribute to the continued growth of shopping, dining and services available just minutes from the community.

Residents should also be aware of temporary traffic impacts as northbound Via Coconut Point remains closed through July 31 for infrastructure improvements associated with the Estero SportsPark project. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes when traveling through the area.
